By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, making investments or otherwise using the AI-Kryptonite website (the “Service” or the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Important: This document is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Crypto-assets and online investments are highly risky and you may lose all invested capital.

PART I – GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About the AI-Kryptonite Service

1.1 AI-Kryptonite is an online environment that connects Investors with internal AI-managed trading strategies and curated Trading Platforms across different products such as AI-CryptoBlitz Network, AI-Golden WealthWise, AI-Bullet StockBull, AI-Bitcoin Multi Options, AI-Kryptonite Core and AI-Commodities Investments (together, the “Trading Platforms”).

1.2 The Platform provides:

• an online interface for making investment allocations into selected Trading Platforms;
• automated daily profit distribution according to each Trading Platforms investment plan;
• internal wallets and balances for deposits, withdrawals and transfers;
• referral and reward functions as described in these Terms;
• technical support and account management tools.

1.3 AI-Kryptonite itself does not provide personal investment advice. All investment decisions are made by you at your own risk.

2. Goals and Nature of the Service

2.1 The goals of the Platform include:

• providing access to algorithmic trading and pooled investment strategies;
• allowing individuals without advanced trading knowledge to participate in crypto-related investment models;
• supporting the wider use of digital assets as a modern financial instrument.

2.2 Operation of the Service is fully regulated by these Terms and by any specific Investment Plan published for a Trading Platforms. Where there is a conflict, the Investment Plan governs that specific product, and these Terms apply in all other matters.

3. Risk Disclosure and No Guarantees

3.1 All investments on the Platform are high-risk. Prices of crypto-assets and related products can move quickly and unpredictably. You should assume that you can lose the entire amount invested.

3.2 Any earnings percentages, projections, past performance charts or marketing materials shown on the Platform are examples only and are not a promise, guarantee or warranty of future results.

3.3 You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose or that is needed for basic living expenses, rent, loans, or other essential obligations.

4. Eligibility, Registration and Account Security

4.1 To use the Platform you must:

• be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction);
• have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• comply with all applicable laws in your country regarding cryptocurrencies and investments.

4.2 When you register you must provide accurate and complete information. You must keep this information up to date.

4.3 You are fully responsible for:

• maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials;
• enabling and correctly using any available two-factor authentication (2FA);
• all actions and transactions performed from your account, whether or not you personally performed them.

4.4 The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from stolen passwords, compromised devices, or your failure to activate 2FA where available.

5. Balances, Deposits and Internal Wallets

5.1 After registration each Investor has separate system balances, displayed in the dashboard (names may differ slightly in the interface):

• Total Capital Balance: overall value of funds associated with your account (invested and available), shown for information.
• Locked Investment Balance: amount tied up in active investment contracts. These funds cannot be used or withdrawn until the relevant plan allows it.
• Available Wallet Balance: liquid funds available for:
  • new investments into Trading Platforms;
  • internal transfers to other Investors (if allowed);
  • withdrawals to supported external wallets/payment methods;
  • fees and service payments.

5.2 Your Available Wallet Balance may be credited by:

• loading funds from supported payment systems or crypto wallets;
• receiving daily profit from active investments;
• referral rewards according to the Referral Program;
• refund of principal after plan expiry (if the plan returns principal);
• approved compensation or adjustments made by the Platform.

5.3 Deposits into the Platform are considered completed when confirmed by the relevant blockchain or payment provider and credited to your Available Wallet Balance. Network fees and third-party charges are outside our control.

6. Investments and Profit Accrual

6.1 To make an investment, an Investor must:

• register and log in to the Platform;
• deposit funds into the Available Wallet Balance;
• choose a Trading Platforms and its specific Investment Plan;
• read and accept the Investment Plan description;
• confirm the amount to invest from the Available Wallet Balance.

6.2 Each Investment Plan specifies, at minimum:

• minimum and maximum deposit amounts;
• plan duration or expiry condition;
• target daily or periodic return range;
• whether principal is returned, locked, or included in daily payouts;
• whether early principal withdrawal is allowed and on what fee.

6.3 Profits (if any) are generally calculated once per day on the basis of active investments and are credited to the Available Wallet Balance at the time stated on the Platform (usually in UTC).

6.4 Some Investment Plans may offer a compounding option. Depending on the chosen mode, a percentage of the daily profit can:

• go entirely to Available Wallet Balance (no compounding);
• be split between Available Wallet Balance and Locked Investment Balance;
• be fully added to principal (full compounding), increasing the base on which future profits are calculated.

6.5 When principal is not returned separately at expiry and is instead included in daily payouts, early withdrawal of principal may be disabled for that plan.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals are requested from the Available Wallet Balance only.

7.2 Requests may be processed manually or automatically depending on the method used. Processing times indicated on the Platform are estimates only and may be affected by network congestion, verification checks or technical issues.

7.3 The Platform may set:

• minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts;
• fees for withdrawals, displayed in the interface before confirmation;
• cool-down or review periods in case of suspected fraud or compliance checks.

8. Service Fees

8.1 The Platform earns revenue from one or more of the following, in amounts clearly displayed in the interface or in the specific Investment Plan:

• percentage fees on internal transfers;
• percentage fees on withdrawals;
• percentage fees on profits paid out to Investors;
• administrative penalties and account-related service charges.

8.2 You authorize the Platform to automatically deduct applicable fees from your Available Wallet Balance or from profits before they are credited to you.

9. Referral Program

9.1 Investors may receive referral rewards when their invited users (“Referrals”) register using the correct Sponsor ID or referral link and then make valid deposits.

9.2 Referral reward percentages and conditions are published in the Referral Program section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time for future deposits.

9.3 It is strictly prohibited to:

• create multiple accounts to earn referral rewards from your own deposits;
• use false identities or fake documents for the purpose of referral abuse;
• promote referral links using spam, misleading advertising or prohibited content.

9.4 The Platform may cancel referral rewards, impose penalties, freeze balances or terminate accounts if referral abuse or fraud is suspected.

10. KYC, AML and Compliance

10.1 To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) and other regulations, the Platform may require you to complete identification (KYC) checks at any time.

10.2 You agree to provide accurate documents and information as requested, such as ID, proof of address, source-of-funds details or transaction explanations.

10.3 The Platform may:

• limit deposits or withdrawals until KYC is completed;
• freeze or close accounts where documents are not provided or are suspected to be falsified;
• report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection

11.1 The Platform collects and processes personal data in line with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11.2 The Platform will use your data only for purposes such as:

• opening and maintaining your account;
• processing deposits, investments and withdrawals;
• performing compliance checks and fraud monitoring;
• sending important service notifications.

11.3 Internal messages between Investors are treated as private; however, the Platform reserves the right to access them if required for security, abuse investigations or legal obligations.

12. Prohibited Behaviour and Platform Restrictions

12.1 You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful activity or in violation of sanctions;
• upload malicious code, attempt hacking, reverse engineering or system abuse;
• use bots or automated scripts to manipulate statistics, bonuses or trading;
• harass, threaten or spam other users or Support;
• post offensive, obscene or misleading content in any public or private area.

12.2 The Platform may impose technical limits (for example, messaging limits, deposit caps, or trade restrictions) to protect system integrity and other users.

13. Account Suspension, Freezing and Termination

13.1 The Platform may, at its discretion and without prior notice:

• temporarily freeze an account while investigating a security or compliance issue;
• limit or block specific features (such as withdrawals or transfers);
• permanently close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

13.2 If your account remains inactive with zero balance for a prolonged period, the Platform may remove it from the system or repurpose the username.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Kryptonite, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for:

• loss of profits, revenue or data resulting from use or inability to use the Platform;
• losses caused by market movements, failed trades or strategy performance;
• technical failures, downtime, maintenance windows or third-party outages;
• losses linked to hacking, phishing or device compromise on your side.

14.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

PART II – TERMS FOR TRADING PLATFORMS / STRATEGY PROVIDERS

15. Trading Platforms Onboarding

15.1 Only Trading Platforms approved by the Platform administration may publish Investment Plans and receive deposits from Investors.

15.2 A Trading Platforms applicant must provide:

• detailed description of its strategy and risk profile;
• target profit ranges and plan durations;
• all fees to be charged to Investors;
• identity and contact data of responsible persons;
• branding materials, such as logo and basic marketing kit.

16. Obligations of Trading Platforms

16.1 A Trading Platforms must:

• operate within the declared risk and profit ranges of its published plans;
• ensure sufficient liquidity to pay daily or periodic profits when due;
• respect all contractual rules of deposits and principal handling;
• cooperate with the Platform in case of audits or user complaints.

16.2 The Platform may suspend a Trading Platforms from accepting new deposits if:

• it falls behind on profit payments;
• its financial stability is in doubt;
• it is under investigation for fraud or regulatory reasons.

17. Fees and Revenue Sharing for Trading Platforms

17.1 The Platform may charge Trading Platforms:

• percentage fees on profits paid to Investors;
• listing or maintenance fees;
• penalties for operational breaches as agreed in separate contracts.

18. Trading Platforms Default or Termination

18.1 If a Trading Platforms fails to meet its obligations for an extended period or is declared in default, the Platform may:

• stop new deposits into that Trading Platforms;
• remove its Investment Plans from the public list;
• calculate and distribute available compensation to Investors on a fair, proportional basis from any reserved funds dedicated to that purpose (if such reserves exist).

18.2 In case of Trading Platforms default, active deposits may be closed and Investors may receive less than their principal amount or no compensation at all. You acknowledge this risk when investing.

PART III – RENEWAL, CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

19. Changes to these Terms

19.1 The Platform administration may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a new “Last updated” date.

19.2 After changes are published, continued use of the Platform means that you accept the new version of the Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and, where possible, withdraw available funds according to the rules of your active plans.

19.3 Changes to these Terms do not retroactively alter the core conditions of already-created investments where this would be legally or technically impossible.

20. Account Closure by Investor

20.1 You may request closure of your account if:

• all investments are completed or closed; and
• all available funds are withdrawn.

20.2 Closing your account may permanently delete:

• profile details;
• internal messages;
• history of deposits, profits and referrals (except where retention is required by law).
